Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Counfreedise Retail Services Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our ecommerce platform during Friends & Family sale events.

1. Nature of Sale
The products available on the platform are part of exclusive Friends & Family sale events and special promotional campaigns. Due to the nature of these events, products are sourced, processed, and fulfilled in batches.

2. Order Processing Timelines
• Orders are generally processed within 4–5 weeks from the date of successful order placement and payment confirmation.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, sourcing timelines, warehouse operations, event volumes, and logistics constraints.
• Customers are requested to place orders only if they are comfortable with the above processing timelines.

3. Dispatch & Delivery
• Once processed, orders are dispatched through our logistics partners.
• After dispatch, deliveries are generally completed within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Coverage
• We currently deliver across India only.
• International shipping is not available at present.

5. Shipping Charges
• Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
• Promotional free shipping offers may apply during selected events or campaigns.

6. Packaging
All products are packed using secure packaging standards to minimize transit damage. Fragile products such as bottles and liquid items may receive additional protective packaging.

7. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse allocation.

8. Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on courier partner systems.

9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may contact customers for successful delivery coordination. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-responsiveness, the shipment may be returned to origin.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers must report:
• damaged products,
• missing items,
• tampered packaging, or
• incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant images/videos for verification.

11. Cancellation & Modification
• Orders once placed may not be eligible for cancellation or modification after processing has started.
• Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation.

12. Bulk Purchase Restrictions
To prevent misuse or unauthorized resale, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel bulk/suspicious orders at our discretion.

13. Delays Beyond Control
Delivery timelines may be impacted due to operational delays, high order volumes, public holidays, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
